Meet Traci

Growing up in Indiana, Traci moved to the Colorado Springs area in 1996. It was the best move she ever made and she couldn’t be happier living here. She loves to hike and with hundreds of miles of trails to explore in the area, every weekend is an adventure.

Traci takes full advantage of everything Colorado has to offer, and helps her clients do the same.

Working on the mortgage lending side of real estate for the past 16 years, Traci’s goal has always been to make complex transactions as smooth as possible for her clients. She brings this same philosophy to buying and selling. The biggest compliment she can receive is a referral, and she always strives to make that happen.

Traci believes real estate agents should be honest, have integrity, and listen to the needs of their clients. She is an agent that will make you a priority.

“Traci was great. She helped me to sell my condo in Colorado Springs, despite my living out of town. Tracie always had people she could call on to fix issue, which kept me from having to travel back to the Springs. When we found out I would be out of the country during closing, her expertise and knowledge allowed for a seamless experience despite the distance. I'd highly recommend Traci for any real estate transaction!”

“Traci from The Johnson team was AMAZING. Between lost offers and not so great inspections, Traci didn't give up on finding us our house to make into a home.”
